Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Technicians ( HTs) services to assist medically fragile students and general population students with daily health related issues. Friendship Public Charter Schools is requesting proposals for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Technicians (HTs) Services to assist students that are demeaned medically fragile in the classroom and general population students in the daily school environment. Scope of Work and Deliverables – The Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Technicians (HTs) would be required to provide daily documentation per the plan of care to the primary school nurse. Attend meetings pertaining to the medical management of the student in the school environment. Provide consultation to the health services team as it relates to planning the future needs of this student during his/her academic career with Friendship Public Charter Schools. Administer Medication to school-age children Support potty training school-aged children
