Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Maintenance and repair services for commercial Food service equipment for school cafeteria Friendship Public Charter Schools seeks qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Food Service Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services. Service company shall maintain and service the listed equipment and keep the equipment in good working order. The service company shall provide a schedule for preventive maintenance for all equipment listed during regular business hours. The service company shall include cleaning of coils, fans, thermostats and other major parts of the equipment as part of the preventive maintenance plan. The service company shall perform routine maintenance on all equipment twice a year (every 6 months) A maintenance plan with options and rates along with a detail process for service calls for repairs and hourly rates associated with repairs should be included in the proposal.
