Interim Placements in Non-Public School Settings REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Friendship Public Charter School is seeking bids from prospective vendors to provide: special education teachers, and clinical service providers who will provide academic, specialized instruction and/or clinical services to students with disabilities through services delivered in a non-public school setting. A selection committee will review and evaluate all qualification statements and proposals and may request that the bidders make oral presentations and/or provide additional information. The selection committee will rely on the qualification statements, proposals, additional information if provided and oral presentations if made, in the selection of finalists and, therefore, bidders should emphasize specific information considered pertinent to this solicitation and submit all information requested. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 P.M., EST, Friday August 14, 2026. Questions and Proposals should be submitted on-line at: Procurementinquiry@friendshipschools.org. All bids not addressing all areas as outlined in the RFP will not be considered. No proposals will be accepted after the deadline.
