The Friendship PCS Board of Trustees invites qualified consultants or firms to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive Strategic Succession Plan. The purpose of this initiative is to ensure the continuity of effective staff-level executive leadership. Project Overview: The selected consultant/firm will work closely with the Board of Trustees to design and document a Strategic Succession Plan. The primary objectives are as follows: Scope of Work: The consultant/firm will undertake the following key activities: Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand the current leadership structure and future leadership requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including current board members, senior management, and external advisors, to gather insights and input. Succession Plan Development: Develop a customized Succession Plan that includes: Clear criteria for executive leadership selection Identification of potential candidates Candidate evaluation tools Succession structure: Review and recommend any necessary changes to the organization’s leadership structure to support an effective succession plan. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation of the succession plan, including written guidelines, policies, and procedures. The proposal should include a detailed methodology, timeline, budget, and relevant qualifications.
