Seeks qualified and experienced bidder(s) for branded and personalized Goods and Related Services Statement of Objective- Friendship Public Charter Schools is requesting proposals from vendors for branded, personalized and promotional products and other related items and the services associated with personalized products. Scope of Work and Deliverables- Friendship Public Charter School is looking for vendors to provide timely, well-priced branded and personalized items. Vendors with the capability of an online promo store with a general item list are preferred but not required. General Promotional Item Information– Proposals should include pricing structure for these product categories (at a minimum) ranges are acceptable. Showcasing three products from each category in the low, medium and high price range of the category. Apparel Drinkware Bags and Totes Awards Writing Instruments Stationery Proposals should include all related fees such as: Set-Up Fee Imprinting Fee Engraving Fee Embroidery Fee Shipping/Freight Proposals shall include the following. Any exceptions to these requirements must be clearly identified. Items produced using recycled material content Items produced using sustainable resources and sustainable business products Specifications (e.g., recycled materials, Made in America, BPA-Free) Ability to provide designated Account Representative to manage Friendship Public Charter School account. Vendor must be able to provide a vast amount of promotional items in all price ranges. Provide cost of basic items such as t-shirts and tote bags.
