In the event of school closings, delayed openings, or early dismissals:
We do not follow the DC Public School schedule for weather-related closings. In the event of inclement weather or another emergency, please refer to NBC4, ABC7, CBS9, and FOX5 for updates on our schedule. Additionally, the school will send messages to your home phone number or number provided in your student’s enrollment records. Therefore, please check your voicemail and text messages. For further updates, visit the FPCS Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) accounts.
