Seeking qualified vendor for Time and Attendance functional web-based application and equipment offering flexible methods of recording and tracking time and attendance, 24/7/365 for a work force of approximately 1000 members Friendship Public Charter School (“Friendship PCS”) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Electronic Time and Attendance System. The purpose of this request is to solicit a Workforce Management solution with a functional web-based application and equipment offering flexible methods of recording and tracking time and attendance that is available 24/7/365 to provide automated time reporting for Friendship’s approximately 1,000 employees who work varying shifts in 11 buildings located in the District of Columbia. BACKGROUND The main goal of this project is to replace the current system with a tool that provides a more user-friendly, easily accessible experience for supervisors and staff. In addition, the system must interface seamlessly with the ADP payroll function to ensure an accurate feedback of time and attendance allowing for accurate payroll calculations. Vendors responding to this RFP should propose all services and associated costs to deliver a fully-operational program to meet the needs of Friendship Public Charter School.
