Friendship Public Charter Schools seeks a qualified and experienced organization for Talent Engagement and Applicant Tracking System 

The applicant recruitment and tracking system for Friendship Public Charter Schools must support the hiring efforts for the LEA and allow FPCS to systematically fill vacancies and advertise for specific roles. The incoming ATS must have but not be limited to the following capabilities:

  1. Applicant Tracking
    1. The ability to review candidates in a workflow and make decisions around their candidacy
    2. The ability for candidates to upload their personal information such as:
      1. Resumes, cover letters, transcripts, certifications, phone numbers, addresses, emails etc.
    3. Collect candidate contact data to enable the HR team ease access to candidates via:
      1. Email templates, text messaging (from the platform)
    4. The ability to conduct video interviews/screenings and the capability to have candidates submit videos in response set questions developed by the HR hiring team.
    5. Testing area
    6. Dashboard customization based on the “login group” of the team member
    7. Training available for the ATS
    8. Help Desk available for the ATS
  2. Offer Management
    1. FPCS will need the capability to send and rescind offer letters
    2. The ATS must be compatible with the following existing software:
      1. ADP Onboarding
      2. Sterling Background Check Solutions
  • XRef Reference Checks
  1. Clinch/PageUp Careers page
    1. Or offer a “premium” career page that allows:
      1. The ability for a requisition to hire at multiple locations, with different hiring managers, WITHOUT having to create the “extra jobs” on the backside
    2. Approval processes for hiring that allows key stakeholders to be aware of where a candidate is in the process
    3. Automation around interview note collection
  2. Talent Engagement
    1. The ability to “match or suggest” roles to candidates based on pre-selected interests from the candidate.
    2. The ability to host webinars and organize and host impromptu meetings.
    3. Quick QR code creation
    4. Calendly and Zoom compatible
