Friendship Public Charter Schools seeks qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Support Services In Organizational and Strategic Planning. The work includes execution of a comprehensive strategy for moving the organization forward. The strategy will focus on: Ensuring FPCS staff, students, and families feel informed as contributing members of our organization and that their idea, suggestions, and feedback have been heard as part of the overall planning process; Ensuring FPCS has the necessary information to finalize short and long-term plans; and Ensuring FPCS has the structures, systems, and tools necessary to execute the plan(s) at high levels. The winning organization will assist FPCS in the successful implementation of the plan(s) by: Coaching, advising and providing support, for existing leadership and staff on the development, implementation, and monitoring of the plans and increase the likelihood of student and organizational outcomes.
