Friendship Public Charter School is soliciting proposals and qualification statements from parties who offer staffing recruitment and direct hire services. We are interested in working with an organization with a track record of successful placement services for key leadership roles within in K-12 organizations. Proposal Requirements (Attachment A) Proposals shall include, at a minimum, the following information organized as follows in a qualification statement: A brief discussion of the consultant’s/company’s history, and services offered. Briefly state the Proposer understands of the work to be done and make a positive commitment to perform the work within the required time period. Resumes of key staff that will provide services and or training. Names and contact information of at least three client references. Provide all rates and fees associated with the services provided. Provide proof of CBE as firms certified as CBE will receive preferential consideration.
