Seeking qualified vendors for development of Software Platform to House All Human Resources Performance Management Information and Documents. Friendship Public Charter Schools seeks qualified and experienced bidder(s) to partner with to provide a system/platform to house observation and meeting notes as a part of our coaching, development, and performance management cycles. The system would need to hold customizable rubrics and forms, as well as house time stamped notes and allow for transparent communications within the system. This system should also be able to hold goals and allow team members to manage progress towards those goals. Friendship leadership must be able to pull real-time reports, track progress towards completion of specific benchmarks/goals, and analyze trends. Interested vendors must provide: A detailed outline of the software system features and platform functionality. Prospective vendors must provide a detailed and comprehensive fee schedule.
