Seeking qualified vendor for Registered Nurses Services to Assist in Medically Fragile Students and Conduct Weekly Rapid Testing of the Abbott Binax Now COVID-19 Ag POC SARS-CoV 2-RDT Statement of Objective- Friendship Public Charter Schools is requesting proposals for Registered Nursing Services to assist students that are demeaned medically fragile in the classroom and school environment as well as Conduct weekly Rapid Testing of the Abbott Binax Now COVID-19 Ag POC SARS-CoV 2-RDT to students and staff. Scope of Work and Deliverables – Registered Nurses to provide services to assist students that are demeaned medically fragile in the classroom and school environment as well as Conduct weekly Rapid Testing of the Abbott Binax Now COVID-19 Ag POC SARS-CoV 2-RDT to students and staff.. Hours may vary but will fall within the 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) time period. Assignments can be at any of the various Friendship School Campuses for 2021 -2022 and 2022-2023 SY. The nurse would be required to provide daily documentation per the plan of care to the primary school nurse. Attend meetings pertaining to the medical management of the student in the school environment. Provide consultation to the health services team as it relates to planning the future needs of this student during his/her academic career with Friendship Public Charter Schools. Administer Medication. Conduct weekly Rapid Testing of the Abbott Binax Now COVID-19 Ag POC SARS-CoV 2-RDT to students and staff.
