Seek qualified vendor for Registered Nurse Services to assist students with special needs in the classroom and school environment Statement of Objective- Friendship Public Charter Schools is requesting proposals for temporary Registered Nurse Services. Nurses would assist students with special needs in the classroom and school environment. Scope of Work and Deliverables- Temporary Registered Nurse services for students with special needs who require assistance in the classroom and school environment. Hours may vary but will fall within the 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday- Thursday) and Friday from 7:00am to 12:00pm time period. Assignments can be at any of the various Friendship School Campus for 2018 -2019 and 2019-2020 SY. The nurse would be required to provide daily documentation per the plan of care to the primary school nurse. Attend meetings pertaining to the medical management of the student in the school environment. Provide consultation to the health services team as it relates to planning the future needs of this student during his/her academic career with Friendship Public Charter Schools. Administer Medication.
