These services will encompass best practices in recruitment and retention, targeted marketing campaigns, technology and support services, as well as tracking and reporting, all as part of the vendor’s responsibilities. The vendor will assist FPCS in recruiting and retaining students to increase enrollment. By partnering with FPCS, the selected vendor will enhance the efforts of the Friendship’s school land community office (central office) teams on student recruitment. The goal is to attract, retain, and enroll students to meet important enrollment growth goals for school year 2025-26 through school year 2029-30. The emphasis is on students new to FPCS; students who live within the geographic areas of each FPCS campus but do not currently attend FPCS (i.e. students attending other charter schools, traditional public schools, private schools, homeschool, etc.). The selected vendor will implement various strategies to recruit new students and also to retain current students. The vendor will submit a detailed plan or “scope of work” that outlines the specific actions, tools, and methods they will use to both recruit new students and retain existing ones. This may include marketing campaigns, community engagement, support programs for at-risk students, incentive programs or other tactics aimed at increasing student enrollment and retention. The successful proposer will be expected to deliver the services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. The successful vendor must demonstrate a proven track record in helping schools and districts, especially charter schools, achieve their student recruitment and retention goals. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following: Advise FPCS’s core team on student recruitment and retention strategies, plan development and execution. Identify and define key demographics, including potential students and families, to focus recruitment and retention efforts. Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote FPCS and its schools, as well as other areas of interest, as needed. Create and support plans for community engagement sessions, town halls, or outreach events to build relationships and attract students. Manage and support social media campaigns to promote FPCS, engage with the community, and enhance student recruitment and retention efforts. Create compelling student recruitment materials (digital and print) to attract and retain students, including flyers, brochures, social media content, and email campaigns. Provide communication strategies and techniques to maximize the impact and reach of recruitment messages, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Provide detailed data analysis and reporting on recruitment and retention efforts. This includes tracking enrollment trends, analyzing effectiveness of different strategies, and making data-driven recommendations.
