Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Legal Services. The areas of expertise include but are not limited to: The service provider shall give the legal advice to FPCS in a broad array of areas always in the best interest of FPCS and the reputation of FPCS. The service provider will be required to draft legal documents for the needs of FPCS. The service provider shall be responsible for representing FPCS in legal negotiations. The service provider will also be responsible for representing FPCS in court proceedings such as lawsuits. The service provider shall understand the laws and regulations that govern public charter schools. The service provider will be familiar with the history, goals, & mission of Friendship Public Charter Schools. The service provider must be properly licensed and in good standing.
