Seeking qualified vendor for Federal Grant Administration Services Friendship Public Charter Schools seeks qualified and experienced bidder(s) for. Federal Grant Administration services. Scope of work and specifications are as follows: Assist with the financial portion of federal grants applications in the OSSE EGMS system for grant programs run through OSSE (e.g., Title I-IV, IDEA, SOAR) as well as grants from other funders. Prepare draw request for grant fund reimbursements in the OSSE EGMS system for FPCS to review and approved for submission. Work with designated FPCS staff to determine grant budget revisions. Prepare the grant budget revisions and relocations as requested and submit to OSSE EGMS system or other grant funders. Vendor will set-up and maintain grant tracker to allow FPCS to know expenses allocated to grants at all times. Prospective vendor must provide detailed pricing for proposed goods and or services.
