Seeking qualified vendors for Consulting Services for the Review and Assessment of Organizational Structure Friendship Public Charter Schools seeks qualified and experienced bidder(s) for the review and assessment of the current Friendship School’s organizational structure, both at a district level and a school level. The prospective vendor should be prepared to assist in reviewing the current organizational structure, business unit composition, function, and service outputs, as well as position reporting hierarchy and make recommendations on changes or adjustment to ensure that organizational goals are met now and in the future.
