Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Comprehensive educational and academic consulting services for a K–12 public school system. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consultants, firms, or organizations to provide comprehensive educational and academic consulting services for a K–12 public school system. The selected partner will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that enhance instructional quality, accelerate student achievement, and strengthen school and district-wide academic performance. Objectives: The scope of services may include, but is not limited to: Curriculum Review and Development Evaluate existing curriculum across core and special subject areas. Align curriculum with state and national standards. Develop or enhance curriculum materials, pacing guides, and instructional frameworks. Instructional Strategy and Professional Development Provide job-embedded professional learning for teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders. Facilitate workshops on evidence-based practices, culturally responsive pedagogy, and the science of reading. Support implementation of differentiated instruction and data-driven decision-making. Assessment and Data Analysis Support the design and/or evaluation of formative and summative assessments. Analyze academic performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth. Provide actionable recommendations based on findings. School Improvement Planning Assist in the development and monitoring of school improvement plans. Support implementation of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and intervention strategies. Leadership Coaching and Capacity Building Provide coaching and consulting to school and district leaders. Build internal capacity to sustain improvements beyond the consulting engagement. Stakeholder Engagement Design and facilitate focus groups or community input sessions with families, students, and staff. Provide recommendations on effective communication strategies to foster engagement and transparency.
