Seeking qualified and experienced bidder(s) for Certified Teachers for Tutoring grades 6-12 Friendship Public Charter School is looking for organizations that can provide certified teacher tutors with completed background checks, who will collaborate with staff to coordinate and deliver instruction to students during the school year and summers through group tutoring for grades 6-12. Services to be provided: Tutors must be trained on best practices, and any school-specific curricula prior to the start of the program. Tutors will utilize the FPCS’s choice for curriculum/instructional tools and work collaboratively with school staff to deliver the curriculum and support small groups. A sufficient number of tutors must be available to be on site to deliver 90 minutes of tutoring per week to 200 students during the school year. A sufficient number of tutors must be on site to deliver 600 minutes of tutoring per week to 200 students during the summer learning academy. Tutoring groups will not exceed a student: tutor ratio of 4:1. Policies and Expectations Program outcomes, timeline and expectations will be established prior to the start of the partnership. Each Friendship campus will provide an instructional space that presents an advantageous learning environment for students, including reliable access to the internet so students can access assignments and curriculum materials, if needed. Friendship PCS will provide the tutoring service with the baseline data on each student and will be given the standards or topics that should be addressed during the in-class interventions. Tutor schedules will be to provide 200 students with 90 minutes of tutoring per week in 4-student groups
