Seeking an experienced vendor /company to provide legal services, financial analysis and related services to support bank or bond financing for major capital projects. Scope of Work and Deliverables- Vendors to provide financial advisory services to FPCS with respect to bank or bond financing for major capital projects including but not limited to: Assessing alternatives for the financing of the Project, Assisting in the development of a Finance Plan, Information Memorandum and financing solicitation package, Conducting a formal solicitation of pre-qualified financial institutions, Assisting in the evaluation and selection of candidates to provide banking and/or underwriting services for the Project, Assisting in the implementation of the financing Providing any other advisory services which FPCS may require in connection with the project from time to time.
