Friendship Schools


The Office of Alumni Affairs was established to provide Friendship high school graduates with a comprehensive array of resources and support that are geared toward helping them to enroll and graduate from college. With over 2,000 graduates, the Friendship alumni network is one of the largest public charter school alumni networks in the country. To date, the Office of Alumni Affairs has helped many alumni enroll and graduate from college by providing academic, financial aid, social and emotional support.


Alumni Resources and Supports include:

  • Supporting the college selection process
  • Navigating the financial aid process
  • On-campus peer mentoring and academic support (through the Alumni Ambassador Program)
  • Scholarship notifications
  • Alumni Newsletters -focused on alumni success stories and internship and study-abroad opportunities
  • Academic probation and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeals
  • Family support and counseling
  • Support with developing time management skills; learning stress coping skills; and how to problem solve.
