In addition to managing its six campuses, Friendship has developed partnerships with Baltimore City and the District of Columbia Public School systems. Schools that have faced challenges meeting performance goals partner with turnaround organizations which provide the schools with the additional resources, expertise, and professional development opportunities necessary to create a more successful academic experience for students. These are referred to "Partnership(or Turnaround) Schools."
Data from Friendship's partnerships have consistently yielded favorable results, including-- increased graduation rates and proficiency levels, improved attendance, and an overall better feeling about school among students and staff.
